CL72″ & CL84″ Bandmills

Premier Extreme Duty, Double Column, Air Strain. Right or Left Hand, Single or Double Cut, with 6’ diameter wheels. 11 1/4” wide wheel faces for 12” wide x 42’-0” long band saws standard. Blade length can be changed to customer’s needs. Wheel face can be changed to meet the customer needs. Does not include saw blades.

• 7’ Oversized SKF bearings Standard on 6’ mills
• Cleereman’s bottom wheel design will run more stable with cooler bearing temperatures. The shaft and bearings used in both bottom and top wheels are rated for 50,000# of strain load.
• The bottom shaft deflection is non-rotating compared to the other manufactures live wheel design causing them to have heat and vibration.
